bed rest

I'm on bed rest since Wed. I'm already 2-3 cm dilated and today is start of 36th week. I'm praying that the baby will stay in my tummy at least another week.

It's so frustrating that I can't really do much. My last day of school should have been next Friday and I feel so guilty for leaving early...Also, I'm so sad that I can't make it to my friend's wedding this coming Sat. I want to clean up the house but I can't really do much.

This baby is kicking a lot and doing well though. ASL is very sweet. She kisses my tummy and tells Baby Sister that she loves her. She's going to be a great big sister.

She went pee pee in the potty all by herself yesterday. I'm so proud of her.

ASL got Peeps for Easter and found them in the diaper bag. She asked me ,"what's that?" I didn't want her to eat them so I said, "ASL, those are not yours. They are baby sister's. When baby sister comes later, you ask her if you can have them. Okay?" Immediately, she leans over towards my tummy and asked, "Baby sister, Can I have this?"



"ASL, you made a mess with your play dough. Who's going to clean all this mess?" ASL replied with a big smile, "baby sister".
