Newport/Boston trip
The trip was great. We drove up to Middletown(town next to Newport) and stay over one night. We ate yummy seafood like New England clam chowder, lobster roll and fried oysters and drove around Newport. We saw beautiful mansions and houses by the beach. The view was just breath-taking.
I think the best part of the trip was taking A to the beach for the first time. At first, she was upset that the sand was on her hands and kept saying "gigi"(see pictures below) . After a while, she enjoyed playing with sand. I think A really enjoyed the waves. She kept wanting to go deeper into the water. I held her hand tight. We should've taken her to beaches more often this summer. I didn't realize she loves the water.
After cleaning off sand, we drove to Boston to see my sister and brother-in law. C and P's place was so cute. They did a great job decorating. very funky... They are going to Sudan this weekend for short-term mission trip. I pray for their safety and health. Please for them.
The next day we went on a duck tour. Our tour guide was funny, loud and chatty. Toward the end of the tour, we wanted him to be quiet. A was really excited but she felt asleep when we were on the river.
We had dinner at Red bone and walked around. What a perfect weather! We drove down on Sat early in the morning. We were so tired. I'm still recovering from the trip.

So glad that you had a great time. I laughed seeing the picture below and imagining little A saying "gigi." Is she going to grow up type A? ;p
Hope you did a lot of quacking on your Duck Tour.
